School Nutrition Employee Week
Between preparing healthy food, adhering to strict nutrition standards, navigating student food allergies, and offering service with a smile, our school nutrition professionals have a lot on their plate.

To celebrate their hard work and commitment, please help us celebrate School Lunch Hero Day on May 3, 2019 by:
  • Stopping by the cafĂ© during the week and thank the staff for their hard work each and every day.
  • Encouraging students to make signs, banners or posters to decorate our cafeteria and to promote the work our staff does.
The importance and nutritional value of school meals are well documented. For many children, school lunch is the most important and nutrient-rich meal of their day.

KSU Update
Schedule: I'll be supporting High Point virtually on Tuesday 4/30.

Notes: The end of the semester is quickly approaching, but that shouldn't stop the fun of learning! Check out ideas on this Padlet wall for ways to celebrate the end of the school year with your class! https://padlet.com/romeh/endofyear19

Highlights: As you are aware, I will not be supporting High Point next year. Unfortunately it is time for me to move on. However, I still have through the month of June to work on prepping you for success with transformative teaching and learning. It isn't too late to connect with me about your questions and needs in setting up for the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year. If this sounds like something that would benefit either you or your team, reach out! Connect with me and we'll meet virtually. It's easy and guaranteed to be worth your time! Email me at romeh@fultonschools.org for more information!
